Daniel grew up in Canada participating in a variety of sports including tennis, baseball, and running from dogs. These days, he can be found enjoying activities from crossfit and group fitness to traveling and cooking his brand of healthy, tasteless meals. Usually found in the office, Daniel understands and empathizes with the rigors of living in a hectic, high-pressure city. He gives himself, and shares with others, the challenge of committing to a disciplined training schedule while remembering to keep it fun and enjoyable. In his class, you will be pushed to develop strength, core stability, and balance. Feel free to talk to him about anything including the last thing he regrets doing.
