Gillie has been practicing yoga since the late 1990’s. From a young age she trained in many disciplines of dance, acrobatics & movement, completing her BA (hons) First Class degree in Contemporary Dance in 2006. Having studied the disciplines of Iyengar & Kripalu her approach is focused on establishing strong & healthy alignment as well as creating a fun & open environment to practice & explore. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi looking to refine your practice, Gillie will work with you to understand your aims & needs.
