Tracy was introduced to Yoga in 1998 while living in Canada. After just a few classes Tracy realized that the effects of practicing not only helped to ease her back pain but also helped to bring a sense of peace and calm to her mind. After moving to Hong Kong in 1999 she continued to practice and in 2005 completed a 250 hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher-training program. She has been sharing her love of the practice with her students ever since. Tracy has a down to earth approach and encourages her students to enjoy each step of their own Yoga journey. Tracy conducts her classes with attention to proper alignment, individual care and safety. Her wish is for every student to leave class feeling calm, balanced and happy.
