For Wai-Ling yoga is not just a practice but a whole way of life, a way to balance the body, calm the mind, flow with the breath, and connecting with the soul. Wai-Ling grew up in the U.K. and continues to travel to India every year to deepen her knowledge and practice. She teaches Hatha, Hot, Yin, Power and Svastha Yoga.
