Flow & Shine - Silent Inside Flow Disco at PMQ

Connect, Flow, and Shine at our outdoor Silent Inside Flow Disco on 14 June!

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Inside Flow Practice on the rooftop of PMQ led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor - Mary.

Time: 4:45-6pm

Venue: Rooftop Garden, 4/F PMQ

Fee: HK$200 (Class) HK$250 (Class + Mat Rental)

*廣東話授課 This class will be conducted in Cantonese

Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
