adjusted AnnAnn stumbled upon Yoga while she was living in Canada, and soon found that it has enabled her to bring balance back into all aspects of her life.  She is grateful to her teachers for showing her the way, and is dedicated in sharing the blessings and teachings of Yoga to others.  She  has been teaching Yoga since 2007 and found it to be the most rewarding experience of all times.

Ann received her first teaching certification from Prana Yoga Teacher College in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500, RPYT teacher.  She has also completed teacher trainings in Anusara Yoga with Chris Chavez,  Hatha Yoga with Shakti Mhi, Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark and Paul Grilley, Advanced Pregnancy Yoga (Pre- and Post- natal), as well as Restorative Yoga with Ada Zhang.   She is now in the final stages of completing her second 300-hours yoga training in Svastha Yoga Therapy with Dr. Ganesh Mohan, as well as a Diploma in Childbirth Education.

Ann’s classes are tailored to her students’ abilities, balanced out with equal doses of fun and challenge, while emphasis is always placed on correct alignment, individual attention, and safety.  She believes that Yoga is our inner teacher who allows us to accept our limitations, expand on our potentials, and to find harmony within.
