This class focuses on stretching and releasing tension in the muscles with the support of the AntiGravity® hammock. With the help of gravity we can experience a deeper stretch in a more relaxing way. Students can also develop better balance and muscle control by using the support of the AntiGravity® hammock to balance and stretch in different yoga poses. There will be no inversions in this class and it is appropriate for all levels. Prerequisites: None Please arrive 10-15min early for Hammock adjustments Before attending our class, please carefully note the followings: 1. Please wear tops with sleeves to protect your armpits. 2. Please do listen to your body, only go as far as comfortable. 3. Please do tell the teacher if there is a blood pressure problem, pregnancy, or vertigo. 4. Please wear full-length leggings or pants. 5. Please wipe sweat onto towels NOT the hammock. 6. Please do not attempt any inverted or flying poses without the teacher’s permission or guidance. 7. Please do not wear any jewellery during practice, including watches, hairpins, rings, earrings, bracelets and necklace. 8. Please do not wear fragrance. 9. Please do not eat at least an hour before class.
