Grace trained to become a Pilates instructor when she moved to Hong Kong in 2018. After many years as a Pilates student, Grace wanted to learn more about the Pilates method and share her love for this practice with others. Grace fell in love with Pilates as it offers an effective workout that is physically demanding but gentle on the body. After suffering with chronic back pain, it was the only fitness method she could participate in that made her feel safe, supported and challenged! Grace’s classes are fun and creative and she likes to ensure clients leave feeling both challenged and nurtured.
