Koni believes in holistic approach to wellness. She combines strength training, yoga postures and breath meditation in her fitness training which she aptly named - 3M of Wellness (Meditation /Movement/Mindfulness). She likes to make her TRX/Circuit classes enjoyable and will occasionally drop a joke here and there, to make her students laugh whilst at the same time work hard in the class. Koni has completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher training and is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and TRX certified instructor. She continues to advance her passion for fitness and yoga by attending workshops of Jason Crandell, Thomas Myers (Anatomy Trainer)and Steve Cotter (Kettlebell Master Instructor). She hopes to be in health and wellness industry until she is not able to teach.
