Learn basic core strength conditioning, hand positioning, alignment exercises, and many more important principles to prepare yourself for progression into handstands and arm balances utilizing the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. This is where you will learn what it is like to stand on your hands using safe progressions, drills, and correct alignment techniques to conquer your fears of being upside down. With the use of the AntiGravity® Hammock, all of the focus returns back into the core and shoulders for stability. The hammock is the most safe and effective way to learn this exciting skill. Beginners are welcomed, no prior experience required.
