Saturday December 1st 3-6pm:
Introduction to Face Yoga Method Workshop
This workshop is going to be super powerful because it will empower you to take control of the aging process with some practical and easy to learn exercises that are doable anytime and anywhere! You will learn a series of facial exercises that you perform for 5-10 minutes a day that will make your face look younger and you’ll be provided with some of the most important natural anti-aging tips out there.
Sunday December 2nd 2-4pm:
In this workshop you will learn the exercises that you can practice to create a smooth and relaxed forehead. These poses will not only make you aware of your forehead muscles and train them to move properly, but they will also massage, stimulate and relax your forehead area.

Neck & Jawline workshop
The Neck &; Jawline can show our age when the muscles underneath the skin have weakened. What we see on the outside is a double chin or “turkey neck” appearance. In his workshop you will learn the exercises to create a more define neck & jawline and V-shape face.The impressive results of these exercises include: strengthen, tone and tighten up the neck muscles, preventing and reducing the sign of aging, reduce or prevent a saggy neck and double chin, defining you neck and jawline.

Veronica Wong is 56 years young and has been trained and Certified as a Face Yoga Teacher by Fumiko Takatsu, the original creator/founder of The Face Yoga Method. Veronica suffered from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) from 2012 to 2015. During that time, she was unable to use any of her usual facial products since the skin on her face would burn when in contact with chemicals or even natural products. Then she tried face yoga and it worked! She could see changes in her skin even after doing the exercises for only one month. It was safe and 100% natural. She would love to share this powerful technique with you that restored her face and confidence.
In 2017, Veronica became Certified as a 200 Hours RYS Yoga Instructor and is a Certified Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) Provider. In addition, she is a Level 3 FasterEFT Practitioner and a Certified esthetician. After recovering from MCS, Veronica quit her job in the financial industry to focus on helping others to achieve mental and physical health and to regain their innate beauty and confidence – naturally!
