GOING WITHIN – A silent weekend yoga retreat held in the Northern slopes of Tai Mo Shan mountain in Hong Kong with Katharina

This 3-day silent yoga retreat tucked away in the heart of Hong Kong’s New Territories, on the northern slopes of Tai Mo Shan mountain, is a little known sacred space overflowing with nature and silence. This retreat will include daily tantric hatha yoga practices such as meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga to help you slow down and reconnect to the depths of your inner world.

    • Morning Session – Hatha Yoga (120 min)
    • Afternoon Session – Pranayama Restorative (60 min)

Tucked away in the heart of Hong Kong’s New Territories, on the northern slopes of Tai Mo Shan mountain, is a little known visitor attraction where native biodiversity, nature conservation and silence meets Hong Kong, Kadoorie Farms and Kadoorie Center. This sacred spot pulls us away from the stimulus of Hong Kong’s busy city landscape and invited us to reconnect once again into our true nature, essence-being.



Basic accommodation is provided by the Kadoorie Center. The Centre can provide accommodation up to 150 guests in a mix of dormitories, guestrooms and suites. All our guest facilities, including dormitories, are air-conditioned and all are provided with internet connections. En-suite bathrooms are provided in guest rooms and suites only. Dormitories will have a shared female and male bathroom.

Early Bird: HKD3350 (shared occupancy), HKD4300 (single occupancy)
Full Price: HKD3600 (shared occupancy), HKD4600 (single occupancy)
