一個老師必須融入學生其中，好好明白學生的狀況才能因材施教。做一個瑜伽老師不難，但做一個自然流露及以身作則的老師一點都不容易。
這個師資培訓課程除了讓希望開始分享瑜伽或現為瑜伽老師的朋友得到教學技巧之外，它亦是一個讓您更清楚人生目的、處理內外關係的一個人生課程。教學只是人生的一部份，如果我們認清自己的生命去向及把自己最真誠一面呈現出來，這樣，很多事情都會變得順利。
完成指定單元後可獲取美國瑜伽聯盟（Yoga Alliance）認可之200或 ／及500小時認證瑜伽老師。

200小時基礎培訓: 早鳥價: $29,000 正價: $32,000
110小時陰陽瑜伽: 早鳥價: $17,600; 正價: $19,800
90小時瑜伽經: 早鳥價: $14,500; 正價: $16,200
60小時做自己: 早鳥價: $10,800; 正價: $12,500
