Practice Self-Care – Forrest Yoga Workshop with Yan

Very often during practice, we focus very much on pushing through poses to achieve the physical shapes. As a result, our muscles become rigid, blocking energy flowing through the entire body.
This Forrest Yoga workshop is aimed to guide students to let go of the rigidity and toughness during practice. Instead of focusing solely on the physical forms, turn our attention towards finding balance between softness and effort, creating space in the body to truly experience the sweetness and benefits of each pose; to connect “feeling” with the practice, cultivate Self-Care, that’s when transformation happens!
All level practitioners are welcome, and the workshop structure will include:
1) Forrest Yoga practice
2) Detailed demonstrations and explanations on poses including practice
3) Second practice, apply self-care & experience the transformation!
4) Discussion and Q&A
