This retreat is a multi-day, immersive experience held in the surfing capital of the Philippines.
Come experience sunrise yoga under the palm trees, endless afternoons surfing, or island hopping adventures around the surrounding islands of Siargao. While, winding the evening down with a restorative and dynamic flow under the starry nights.
Whether you’re looking for a relaxing long weekend out of the city, or a thrilling weekend filled with activity, this 4-night retreat accommodates for both!

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR DAYS ?
After setting your intention for the day through meditation, your morning will start with a strong ninety minute practice to energize your day. This gives you the opportunity to deepen and develop your practice. Your afternoons will vary between different activities, surfing, workshops, and free spare time to explore Siargao in whichever way your heart desires. In the evening expect a more grounding flow and restorative practice to bring the body back into balance, followed by a mindful journaling session to set the intention for the evening dinner gathering under the starry nights.

Nestled within the jungles of a wave-fringed island, the Lotus Shores Yoga, Surf & Farm Retreat is a commune for yogis, seekers, surfers, and conscious adventurers travelling to Siargao to rest, manifest, connect, get barreled and (or) enlightened.
It was founded on the goal of Yoga, the realization of the unity of Being, often experienced in the act of wave-riding. Life at the retreat is a celebration, exploration and preservation of the sacred wisdom that yoga and surfing have to teach us about ourselves and the world around us.
The commune is home to the island’s only yoga center, Yoga Dojo, and Kali Ma Cafe, a plant-based kitchen and restaurant.
The Kali Ma Café is a whole-food, plant-based café and restaurant within the commune. We source our produce from our growing vegetable garden and the island’s organic farms. Meals are made from scratch. Nothing from a can or plastic bag. We work with time (e.g organic farming methods, fermentation, etc.), nature, high vibrations, and loving hands.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR – KATH:
Meeting Katharina for the first time is like running into an old friend you’ve known for years – conversations are effortless, she’s there when you need to talk, and she gives some pretty kick-ass advice along with some corny jokes to lighten up the mood.
Within minutes, her quirky and playful personality energizes the room, creating a space of comfort when leading a class. Through intention, pranayama, meditation, and asana, her goal is for her students to leave each class inspired to learn more about themselves and the strengths of their bodies.
