Yang-Yin: Going Sideways

In this two-hour blend of dynamic Yang asana and slower, deep Yin practice, we will target the side body, which is often overlooked in traditional Hatha vinyasa classes. We will actively strengthen the kinetic chain that coordinates our lateral movements, and then “exercise” those same areas in the Yin mode via gentle, sustained traction and compression.
Minimum six months regular practice recommended.
