Testimonials from past students:
David is very patient and clear and so he makes a difficult subject matter like Anatomy simple and easy to comprehend. I’ve become more body aware and very interested in how the bones and muscles work with every asana and what the asana is doing for us. I like how he helped us understand how to weave it all together from the anatomy, asanas, sanskrit and philosophy in a way thats authentic to ourselves. –Purswaney Amin Menka Rachel
The training has been excellent so far. I very much enjoyed the anatomy lessons and the emphasis on proper techniques for the postures. Learning about modifications and using props was very helpful and exactly what I wanted to gain from the training. – Chan Joseph
My experience of the training has been great. I have learnt a lot about anatomy, philosophy, and asana practice, and this is exactly what I need. I also gain more body awareness, which is really helpful. Even my sleeping started to get better after the training. – Zhang Florence
The training was immensely eye-opening for me, as the YogaWorks system offered a very clear and well developed approach to asanas, connecting the dots between modern anatomy and traditional postures. Not only have I gained new perspective within my own body, but I was also prompted to think about the application of these asanas to different body types. – Lee Kate
