Forrest Yoga – Beginner

During this series of Forrest Yoga Beginner Classes, we will work on different themes each week and focus on breathing deeply and consciously, use the breaths as tool to connect in feeling with our body. As the breath deepens, we learn to practice each pose safely and progressively according to the readiness of our own body; practice without struggle, practice with the confidence that there is always something to achieve in every class.
