Mindfulness Practice

What do you do when you find yourself impatient, judgmental, reactive or bored? Do you want to live more joyfully in your everyday life? Take a pause during your day and discover how mindfulness can help you: -Cope with everyday stress; -Relate to both pleasant and unpleasant experiences with equanimity; -Harness your innate wisdom; and -Feel happier. Please come in comfortable clothing that is suitable for sitting meditation and gentle stretching. The class is suitable for beginners as the practices are basic and have no prerequisites. Every class stands on its own, without needing prior knowledge of previous classes. There will be a series of 8 themed classes, based on the 8 Attitudinal Foundations of Mindfulness, and will be offered on a rotational basis when all 8 are completed.
