Characteristics:
This Vinyasa Fundamentals class is designed to introduce, refresh, and refine new and existing yoga students to the principles of Vinyasa Yoga: breath and movement. Without breath there is no Yoga. In this class we focus on educating students based on Patanjali's 8-limbs, exploring alignment, and learning about the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga: Ujjayi, Breath, and Bandhas.
