Yin & the Subtle Practice

Building on Yin Yoga practice with long-held passive poses, we will combine it with a variety of inner and subtler practices such as yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation), different types of meditation & energy work, pranayama (regulating of life force), acupressure, basic qigong, Tao Yin, or chanting. The sequence and components mix of this intuitive class will be depended on the energy of the day and the group of practitioners. You will feel more centred, grounded, and rejuvenated afterwards. Suitable for all levels.
