Yoga Sculpt (Warm Room)

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. This class will challenge endurance, boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass through a combination of power yoga and interval cardio HIIT exercises to boost overall fat burn in a 60 minute session. Be prepared for the added sweat as the room will be mildly heated. Yoga Sculpt is a combination of vinyasa flow, body resistance training and cardio.
