《黑白人生》讀書會 情緒有不同層次,它們就像神經反射,給我們傳達訊息,幫助我們走回應走的路。在生活上難免會被情緒影響著,故Janet撰寫《黑白人生》本書,透過故事分享、瑜伽、冥想及反思練習的形式,幫助大家了解自己、包容自己、肯定自己,接受生命中的「黑」與「白」,學習無條件地關愛自己與身邊的人、事、物。 此活動希望讓讀者們透過書本內容去學習擁抱我們的「陰暗面」, 增加對自己的理解, 減少對自己的否定。若果能善巧去理解自己的「陰暗面」,這不但能排解心中障礙,還可以擴闊心靈空間以及培養出愛與慈悲。藉此讓我們學習面對生活的挑戰、了解難題背後的成長空間、善巧地處理未處理的問題,以及運用自身力量去創造理想的人生。   課程大綱: 第一堂:         認識情緒 學習擁抱情緒及了解背後的訊息 第二堂:        了解空性 理解並善用宇宙法則 第三堂:         成為生命的主人 拿回生命的主導權、活出自己的彩虹 第四堂:         愛自己、愛他人 學習接受自己及欣賞他人的美   日期 (連續四個星期日): 10月16, 23, 30日及11月6日 概覽(次序可能會按主題而調整): 14:30 – 15:30 瑜伽及坐禪 15:30 –…
