Rachel started practicing Yoga as she encountered different body part pains while working as a cabin attendant in the past. At the beginning, she saw Yoga mainly as a sport. Soon she discovered that through Yoga, not only did it help enhancing asana, it was more about the inner side of self-awareness: Yoga has helped her understand herself more, as well as the learning of self-acceptance.
In order to deepen her understanding of the meaning of Yoga, she also joined and studied at a mindfulness course.
She is hoping through her classes, besides strengthening and working on the flexibility of their bodies, students would also experience and have a deeper understanding of their inner peace, and reconnecting their body and mind through the joy of Yoga practice.
