MARY

 

Mary works at one of the busiest hospitals in Hong Kong as a nurse in the emergency room, which is hectic and stressful. Seeking solace and relief from her demanding role, she found herself stepping onto the yoga mat for relaxation and gentle stretching.

Through practicing yoga, she found that it profoundly transforms both her physical well-being and her mental state. It becomes a healing remedy for her stressful lifestyle. Over the years her exploration of yoga led her to two distinct paths - the spiritual wisdom of Universal Yoga and the dynamic expression of Inside Flow.

Inside Flow introduced her to the exhilarating fusion of movement, music, and mindfulness. It combines fluid vinyasa movements, dance-like elements, and synchronized breathwork. With a background in dance, she believes that movement and music can gives people joyful and empowering effect. That’s the reason she started practicing and teaching inside flow.

Mary’s classes are fun and based on scientific sequencing which aims to provide students with balance and harmony after practice. She encourages her students to bring yoga practice and mentality to daily life.
