 Atie has been practicing Yoga since 2006 in Indonesia and continue to deepen her practice. She began teaching Yoga in 2012 after completing her first Yoga Teacher Training.

Her teaching style is balanced and adaptable, catering to a diverse audience. She offers various types of classes, ranging from dynamic to gentle practices, ensuring accessibility for all levels.

At the end of each session, she integrates Sound Healing techniques to promote deep relaxation and enhance the overall experience for my students.

Atie advocates for the diversity of Yoga, emphasizing that there is a practice suitable for everyone. She believes in the relevance of Yoga as an ancient practice that supports both physical and mental well-being in today’s modern world.
