Greta

The complete change of Greta’s life began the moment she stepped foot into the yoga studio in 2006. The addiction to the practice is not on the fun (and sometimes crazy) yoga shapes and sequences. But more so, the inward experience, the space, the checking-in, the raw internal dialogue within oneself. And to this day, every time after the practice, she feels the world is really not that bad. That, there is still, a bit of hope.

Greta is a qualified 500-hour yoga teacher teaching from 2010 with a primary practice of the Ashtanga method. Being a certified Yoga Therapist, she is passionate with fusing elements of the method in whatever she educates. Greta also loves guiding people going upside down in inversions and flying in arm balances.
