Awaken Your Soul with Fresh Air & Yoga Bliss! Flow and bloom in our outdoor Silent Inside Flow Disco on 29 March! We are thrilled to have PMQ as our venue partner again.

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Inside Flow Practice on the rooftop of PMQ led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor - Mary.

Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
