Connect, Flow, and Shine at our outdoor Silent Inside Flow Disco on 10 May!

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Inside Flow Practice on the rooftop of PMQ led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor - Mary.

Date: 10 May 2025 (Saturday)

Time: 4:45-6pm

Venue: Rooftop Garden, 4/F PMQ

Fee: HK$200 (Class) HK$250 (Class + Mat Rental)
