Cha Dao or ‘The Way of Tea’, is a bridge to the meditative mind. The ancient practice of ‘bowl tea’ is a pathway towards self-reflection, inner harmony, and awakened presence. The heightened energy of this day is conducive for meditation, raising our awareness and aligning to our heart’s truth. A Tea Ceremony is a way to rest in the space of our true Self and cultivate inner harmony and awakened presence through remembering our connection to nature. Learn and receive Tea as a plant medicine - the same way it was used by the aboriginal shamans and ancient sages of China for thousands of years.

We will share Tea in silence and then offer our voice in song. The ceremony will be followed by a devotional kirtan offering, sharing and reflections.
